Requirements
- Valid Business License, LLC, or Incorporation
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance
- General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
- Federal EIN #
- Other verifiable business documentation
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Favorable background investigation results
- Cannot be a sole proprietor
