What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of private jet clients and corporate accounts.
- Structure and close high-value charter and membership deals across all aircraft classes.
- Deliver a premium, white-glove experience for clients from inquiry to touchdown.
- Leverage Surf On Demand’s SurfOS platform for quoting, trip management, and CRM tracking.
- Collaborate with our internal 24/7 operations team to ensure flawless execution.
- Represent the Surf On Demand and Surf Air brands professionally at FBOs, events, and in client meetings.

Who You Are
- Experienced in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-ticket sales.
- Established client book or strong network within private aviation preferred.
- Skilled at consultative selling, relationship building, and closing complex deals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Familiar with aviation platforms such as Avinode.
