About the role
The role involves developing, consulting, and retaining clients interested in purchasing insurance through Phillips Stafford Insurance Group. The ideal candidate will have some previous insurance experience and will be licensed in at least property and casualty and/or Life and health lines of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Developing and consulting with clients regarding insurance needs
- Retaining existing clients and attracting new business
- Networking and community involvement to build relationships
- Using basic computer skills, including learning proprietary web-based software
- Operating under a needs-based sales process and maintaining professional ethics
Requirements
- Licensed in at least property and casualty and/or Life and health lines of insurance
- Solid skill set and understanding of business development
- Knowledge of basic computer programs, including the ability to learn proprietary web-based software
