Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections and gather accurate claim information
- Review and interpret policy provisions and crop program guidelines
- Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and internal teams
- Submit complete, timely, and compliant claim documentation
- Represent Hudson Crop with integrity, accuracy, and outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Previous crop adjusting experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel
- Current adjuster certification or willingness to complete required training
