Job Description
This role requires advanced experience. The knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or an equivalent vocational qualification).
- Leads improvement projects aimed at performance enhancement.
- Deepens expertise in a discipline. Utilizes prior experience and acquired technical knowledge to implement functional guidelines and strategies.
- Fundamental understanding of key business drivers; leverages this understanding to perform one's own work. Understands how one's team's work integrates with other teams within the organization.

Pay
The pay range for this position is between $82,000.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
