Income Partner – Commercial Litigation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Manage cases independently from initial investigation through trial
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Argue substantive motions and appear in court proceedings
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee case execution
• Serve as first-chair trial counsel where appropriate

Who You Are

• 12+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong ability to independently manage complex cases
• Extensive deposition, oral argument and trial experience
• First-chair trial experience preferred
• Experience in insurance bad faith and coverage litigation is advantageous
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
• Admitted to practice in Washington
• Admission in Oregon, Idaho or Alaska is a plus

Compensation

Salary Range: $270,000 – $300,000 (DOE)
