About the role

The role of Inclusion & Belonging Leader at Lennox involves driving enterprise-wide programs that strengthen culture, connection, and employee participation. Key responsibilities include leading and evolving the ERG and Cultural Ambassador strategy, planning and delivering Inclusion & Belonging programs, and continuously assessing and enhancing program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the enterprise ERG and Cultural Ambassador strategy and governance model, including oversight of ERG lifecycle, board capability building, and alignment to business priorities.
  • Plan and deliver Inclusion & Belonging programs and events, such as Together We Dine, heritage month programming, volunteer initiatives, and other employee engagement experiences.
  • Create practical toolkits, guides, and resources to support inclusive behaviors, decision-making, and team practices across all levels of the organization.
  • Build and manage external partnerships to expand program offerings, bring in outside expertise, and elevate the quality and reach of Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.
  • Develop and manage Inclusion & Belonging communications across internal and external channels, including the intranet, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to design and launch Inclusion & Belonging learning programs.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Communications, and other internal stakeholders to align and amplify efforts that drive inclusion and belonging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide programs and execution at scale.
  • Strong program management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously from concept through execution and measurement.
  • Experience planning and delivering large-scale events or enterprise programming.
  • Proven ability to design and implement programs that drive behavioral and cultural change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft internal communications and training content, and effectively facilitate discussions, presentations, and program content for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative and agile; able to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and functions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity.

Pay

This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $113,000 - $148,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
