About the role
Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs. Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to manage projects efficiently. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Contribute to the design and development of new features and enhancements
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Work closely with QA engineers to ensure software quality
- Document project plans, designs, and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
