About the role
You will be part of the Operations Department supporting Mission Readiness and Base Ops teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Respond to vehicle recovery and repositioning of autonomous vehicles
- Act as Scene Commander during extractions, coordinating with Mission Control, documenting incidents, and supporting vehicle loading
- Operate robotaxis using remote input devices (Rovebot) as needed
- Assist riders during recovery events, ensuring safe entry/exit from vehicles
- Perform basic cleaning and charge confirmation to ensure vehicle readiness
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for at least three consecutive years with an acceptable driving record
- Must comply with the Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing Program
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in high-stress, fast-paced environments
- Comfortable using radios, mobile apps, and computer-based tools
