About the role

You will be part of the Operations Department supporting Mission Readiness and Base Ops teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to vehicle recovery and repositioning of autonomous vehicles
  • Act as Scene Commander during extractions, coordinating with Mission Control, documenting incidents, and supporting vehicle loading
  • Operate robotaxis using remote input devices (Rovebot) as needed
  • Assist riders during recovery events, ensuring safe entry/exit from vehicles
  • Perform basic cleaning and charge confirmation to ensure vehicle readiness

Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for at least three consecutive years with an acceptable driving record
  • Must comply with the Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing Program
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in high-stress, fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable using radios, mobile apps, and computer-based tools

$30/hr. + shift differential
