About the role

As an expert in defense missions, you will guide teams in solving complex problems for clients, focusing on the INDOPACOM AOR. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing incident response plans, coordinating readiness exercises, and integrating cross-agency inputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement incident response plans targeting natural disasters, biological hazards, or emergent threats.
• Coordinate and execute high-impact readiness exercises across multi-domain environments, including international and partner nation engagements.
• Provide strategic planning, tactical response, risk mitigation, and defense mission expertise in CBRN defense and resilience frameworks.
• Work with thought leaders to address challenges in the INDOPACOM AOR, ensuring resilience in the face of various threats.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing incident response plans targeting natural disasters, biological hazards, or emergent threats.
• Knowledge of crisis management principles, tactical and strategic preparedness frameworks, and incident response planning methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate and execute high-impact readiness exercises across multi-domain environments, including international and partner nation engagements.
• Secret clearance.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Employees working from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
