Incident Response Manager, Enforcement

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Compensation

$310,000 – $375,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Enforcement On-Call program including rotations and coverage
• Establish and maintain on-call documentation and runbooks for operational consistency
• Triage tooling issues affecting on-call operations and resolve with engineering
• Serve as the main contact for sensitive enforcement escalations requiring cross-department coordination
• Quickly absorb information, frame decisions, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
• Drive alignment among teams during dynamic situations and investigations
• Identify repetitive tasks for automation and partner with engineering for implementation

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in trust and safety operations or incident response at a tech company
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional escalations
• Strong skills in clear and concise communication during high-stakes situations
• Background in coordinating with law enforcement or compliance bodies
• Ability to make judgment calls with incomplete information
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Availability for on-call and weekend support when required
