Incentive Lift Operator (Night Shift)

About the role

Support community feeding efforts by operating as a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator, ensuring product replenishment in the warehouse to facilitate easy access and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts/reach trucks to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish products to meet customer order demands.
• Stage finished products, load/unload trailers, and follow safety protocols.
• Occasionally lift items weighing 1-60 lbs, sometimes from floor to overhead.

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks or stand-up forklifts.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to operational procedures.
• Team-oriented with a passion for community support.
• Ability to lift, bend, pull, and pivot frequently during shifts.
• Ideal candidates possess relevant material handling experience and a safety-first mindset.
• Emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and a commitment to safe warehouse practices.
