Incentive Lift - Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Forklift Operator responsible for transporting merchandise within the warehouse to support inventory management and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck)
• Accurately tracking inventory with handheld devices
• Stacking and rotating stock
• Replenishing pick areas
• Staging finished products
• Loading/unloading trailers
• Safety adherence and proper handling of materials
• Standing, bending, lifting (1-60 lbs), and working at varying heights with emphasis on safe equipment operation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Experience operating material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks/stand-up forklifts
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for community support
