Incentive Lift - Day Shift

About the role

This role involves operating a stand-up forklift to transport, stage, and rotate merchandise within a warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management and safe handling of goods.

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment
• Tracking inventory with handheld devices
• Replenishing pick areas
• Staging products
• Loading and unloading trailers

Requirements

• Prior experience with material handling equipment, especially reach trucks and stand-up forklifts
• Strong safety mindset
• Teamwork orientation
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift frequently
