Incentive Lift - Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Forklift Operator responsible for transporting merchandise within the warehouse using stand-up forklifts. The work environment may involve temperatures ranging from 50°-90°.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift
• Accurately tracking inventory with handheld devices
• Stacking and rotating products
• Replenishing pick slots
• Staging finished goods
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Following all safety protocols
• Occasionally lifting products weighing up to 60 lbs, often from floor to overhead, and working on multiple levels

Qualifications

• At least one year of material handling equipment experience
• Proficiency in Reach Truck operation
• Strong safety awareness
• Team-oriented attitude
