Inbuilding Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and control site design charges
• Ensure only customer-approved materials are installed
• Follow civil works guidelines and schedules
• Attend coordination and progress meetings
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain tools
• Solve civil works problems as they arise
• Cookordination disciplines to align with project goals
• Drive schedule activities and troubleshoot results
• Ensure service providers meet technical specifications and quality standards
• Enforce safety guidelines throughout the civil works phase
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide status updates

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in construction management
• Recent DAS experience
