Inbound Will Call Selector

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services and sales support as needed.
• Key in all national accounts special orders and customer orders during downtime.
• Support customer requests for the credit process.
• Cookout (generating and coordinating pick-ups).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0 – 1 Year relevant work experience.
• Frequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs.
• Frequently reach up to 72 inches.
• Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, retrieving products from lower shelf areas.
• Work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer).

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience.
• 1 year Selection Experience.
• 2 years consistent work history preferred.

• Ability to speak effectively with customers or associates of an organization.
• Exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to use a data entry portal or CRT.

Safety

• Safe working environment.
• Working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions and type of product being selected (i.e., non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen).
