Overview
Responsible for leadership and management in a warehouse with high volume, scope, and complexity. This role will provide overall direction and coordination of all warehouse activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all Inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all team associates understand and operate within the organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies and procedures
- Coach, train, direct, and counsel Operational associates on overall performance
- Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly
- Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements
- Ensure safety compliance of all team members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/preferred
- 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
- Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
- Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
- Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules may be required

Pay
Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $76,800 - $101,600 a year plus bonus potential. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
Schedule
Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules may be required.
