How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform all inbound warehouse functions in accordance with Continental's Quality Management standards.
- Strive to achieve optimal quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing BIN utilization activities, tire age verification, and other inventory control tasks.
- Support and successfully execute cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Maintain 5S standards throughout all warehouse areas and functions.
- Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Follow all Continental safety standards 100% of the time—no exceptions.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Share process knowledge with team members and provide leadership and guidance to other setup personnel and production group leaders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by shift leaders or the management team.
- Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of the WorkKeys Assessment with a minimum Silver certification level.
- Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Forklift driving experience

Work Environment

- The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
- The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating sit-down forklift occasionally, with comprehensive training provided.
