What You’ll Do:
- Manage a blend of inbound and outbound sales activity, with approximately 70% focused on outbound cold calling and 30% on inbound lead follow-up
- Call inbound leads who have expressed interest in our marketing solutions, as well as highly targeted outbound leads
- Qualify leads based on need, fit, and readiness to move forward
- Clearly explain how Townsquare Interactive’s services can help them grow
- Execute warm transfers to Account Executives for live demos
- Maintain and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
- Partner with your Sales Manager for coaching, skill development, and career growth
