Primary Responsibilities

• Calls shippers, carriers and receivers to confirm location of carriers, trucks and loads.
• Accurately enter and maintain up-to-date information in our systems on a continuous basis, allowing for real time tracking of our freight.
• Distribute purchase order routing instructions to vendors/shippers.
• Enters all required shipment update and exception information into the TMSCheck documents for accuracy and completeness, cross reference information.
• Provides a superior level of customer service to vendors, shippers, carriers and receivers.
• Escalates issues and assists with resolution as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

• Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Able to take direction, learn quickly and be adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software preferred (Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet, etc.).
• Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and assure compliance with company and other applicable policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to work with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation, proactively addressing problems.

Schedule

Shift Days: M-F, Shift Time:
