About the Role
As a Specialty Inbound Contacts Representative 2, you will provide remote customer support by handling 40+ inbound calls daily from members and providers. You will answer benefit questions, resolve concerns, document interactions, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will guide members through next steps, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine to moderately complex issues and escalate as needed
- Meet quality and productivity standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions
- Ensure perfect attendance during training and the initial appraisal period
- Comply with remote work setup requirements, including reliable internet, dedicated workspace, and security protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in documenting issues and assessing support requests across multiple systems
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
- Post-training shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or call centers is preferred
