In-Store Shopper

About the role

As the In-Store Shopper, you will have the opportunity to select “the best of the best” for our online shoppers. To be successful, you must take pride in your work, care about the products chosen for customers, and be quick on your feet to determine substitute products when needed. The role supports both online customers and in-store shoppers.

When online orders are slow, you’ll assist in other departments, offering learning and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products for online customers.
• Determine suitable substitute products as needed.
• Assist in-store customers and fellow associates.
• Work in varying departments during slower periods to support store operations.
