In-Store Shopper

About the role

As the In-Store Shopper you will have the opportunity to be the best and select “the best of the best” for our online shoppers. To be successful in the position, you must take pride in your work, care about what is selected for our customers, and be quick on your feet to determine substitute products when needed. The In-Store Shopper not only helps our online customers but also assists those in our store.

You’ll gain additional experience through other departments—when online orders are slow, you’ll spend time helping in other areas, offering learning and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products for online shoppers
• Determine suitable substitute products as needed
• Assist in-store customers alongside online order fulfillment
• Support other departments during slower periods
