In-Store Shopper

About the Role

As an In-Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk), your day focuses on selecting high-quality products for online customers. You'll move throughout the store, picking items, checking quality, and making selections as if you were shopping for yourself. Each order is an opportunity to ensure accuracy and freshness. You'll also keep orders organized, bag items carefully, manage substitutions, and coordinate timely handoffs to customers. The role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products across perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, substitutions, and product quality checks.
• Bag items carefully and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Use handheld devices and systems for order picking and tracking.
• Identify out-of-stock items and select appropriate substitutions.
• Follow order fulfillment processes and company standards.
• Coordinate order needs with team members and department processes.
• Adapt to changing order volumes and priorities throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
