Responsibilities
As an In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representative, you will focus on engaging with customers inside national home improvement retail stores generating appointments for our home services team by promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift
Hours are managed accordingly
Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or Business to Business
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
- 2 years experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Saturday and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
