In-Store Sales Associate

About the role

You will perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments.
Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma / GED.
• More than one (1+) year(s) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years.

Pay

$24.17 - $35.46 hourly
