In-Store Sales Associate
About the role
You will perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments. Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store. Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers. Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team. Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs. Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative. Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing. Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A high school diploma / GED
- More than one (1+) year(s) of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to be successful in this role
- No DUI / DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years
