In-Store Representative (Lead Generator)

Responsibilities

• Become a brand ambassador by understanding client needs through consulting and providing solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Develop an understanding of HVAC products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers.
• Congduct initial outreach to prospective clients to educate them on the company’s services.
• Set appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for replacement or maintenance services.
• Solicit new sales leads through prospecting and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales, Retail, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone.

Pay

The starting average rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$20/hr plus commission. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
