In Store Promoter

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Achieve sales goals by motivating associates to generate appointments and referrals.
• Track and report on training outcomes and sales performance.
• Build strong partnerships with retail store management to foster a collaborative environment.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
• Travel within the designated territory (Dallas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas) to conduct training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or training preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and effectively to small groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Enthusiastic and goal-oriented personality.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage starting at $20.00/hr
