Responsibilities

• Make customer orders fast and accurately using our sandwich recipes
• Greet guests, take orders in-store and by phone, and run the register
• Provide friendly, helpful service and answer customer questions
• Help slice meats, cheeses, and produce as needed
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized sandwich-making station
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Stay efficient and keep up with customer orders without cutting corners
• Work with teammates to keep the shop running smoothly during busy times
• Restock ingredients and supplies; report anything that’s running low
• Help with daily prep tasks and end-of-day cleaning and closing duties
• Clean and restock prep areas, storage, and the dining space throughout the day

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to handle cash transactions and basic math calculations
• Willingness to complete all required training programs and ongoing learning
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
• Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one)
• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
