About the Role
Legends Global is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a premier venue for large stadium events. This role as a Local Eats In-Seat Hawker involves providing legendary service to guests, delivering food and beverages directly to seats while maintaining high standards of customer service and adhering to venue alcohol policies and state laws.
Responsibilities
- Maintains consistency in attitude and behavior, presenting a cheerful and positive manner.
- Approaches all tasks with a “can-do” attitude and takes initiative with an appropriate level of independence.
- Walks and aggressively sells products throughout the seating areas.
- Offers the highest level of customer service to internal and external guests.
- Maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
- Demonstrates product knowledge and ensures stock replenishment.
- Responsible for inventory control and transferring high energy into sales.
- Able to perform math without a cash drawer and work under pressure.
- Effectively communicates with guests and team members.
Requirements
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF, and major stadium events such as concerts and dirt events.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail, time management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent knowledge of beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Previous vendor experience in a high-volume environment.
- Must successfully complete food safety and TEAM (alcohol service) certifications.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and in collaboration with others.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
- Command of the English language both written and verbal; multilingual is an advantage.
Mental & Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, carry, reach, squat, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs, elevators, and guests.
- Outdoor venues may involve exposure to heat, humidity, and extreme temperatures.
- Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, and complete tasks independently.
- Make timely decisions in the context of workflow and operational efficiencies.
- Ability to communicate and lead teams to complete tasks in time-sensitive situations.
- Comfort speaking in front of groups and providing clear direction.
