About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role assists Food & Beverage leaders in supervising day-to-day In Room Dining operations while maintaining Four Seasons standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise In Room Dining operations to ensure Four Seasons standards are consistently met.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain a visible presence in operations and respond professionally to guest concerns, special requests, and service opportunities.
- Ensure quality standards for all food and beverage offerings, including wine and spirits knowledge.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls.
- Monitor facilities and equipment and recommend improvements when needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, labor management, and inventory practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
