Roles and Responsibilities
- Recording Guest food and/or beverage orders.
- Offering menu suggestions.
- Processing forms of payment for goods and services, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction as the final point-of-contact for the experience.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Valid AZ Food Handlers License preferred.
- Open availability and flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
