Pay

$12 per hour plus tips

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• The ability to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• The ability to stand, walk, and transport food and beverage trays or carts throughout a shift.
• Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms accurately and promptly.
• Provide courteous, professional, and welcoming service with every guest interaction.
• Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery.
• Set up trays and carts with the appropriate food, beverages, condiments, and utensils.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and assist with special requests.
• Process guest checks and payments according to established procedures.
• Retrieve trays, carts, and dining equipment from guest rooms and designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining service area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, front desk, and other team members to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly communicate any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
