In-Process Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Utilizing a microscope, verify that products meet or exceed manufacturing guidelines.
• Record inspection results accurately in quality logs, travelers, and computer systems.
• Report non-conformances and deviations promptly to supervisors, production managers, and quality engineers.
• Maintain traceability of inspected products and materials.
• Perform First Article review.
• Work closely with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma required; experience may be substituted for a degree.
• 1+ years of flexible printed circuit board manufacturing experience required.
• Work experience in cross section preparation and analysis desired.
• Must be familiar with microscope and laboratory procedures in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Pay may range $24.00 to $26.00 hourly
The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
