About the role

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCB”s). FSP Personnel are responsible for performing, deburring, component installation, plugging, and inspection of printed circuit boards and assemblies to ensure all requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Follow department work instructions and adhere to customer and industry standards for printed circuit board workmanship.
  • Visually check PCB per blueprint and perform operations according to traveler work instructions.
  • Identify and recommend disposition of defective items for rework or scrap.
  • Move completed product to final inspection.
  • Complete all documentation as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work with small tools and implements.
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time (e.g., 6 or more hours per shift).
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Basic knowledge of PCB inspection techniques, equipment, and terminology.
  • Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Team player, flexible, organized, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow instructions and readily accept additional responsibilities.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Education and Experience

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of PCB and/or manufacturing experience.

Export Statement

  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC, including but not limited to:
    • Ability to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
    • Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
    • Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
    • Understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US.
    • Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
