In-Person & ONLINE Certified Pharmacy Technician [CPhT]

Goode Education Group’s Private Career School (PCS) is approved by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. We offer free training programs for qualified NJ residents seeking to recharge and refine their skills for a return to work. Our courses provide industry-recognized certifications and include job readiness, interview skills, and resume writing support.

Available Programs

• Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) – In-Person & Online

  Start a rewarding career in patient care. Tasks include assisting patients with daily living activities, taking vital signs, performing EKGs, collecting specimens, and providing basic bedside care under nursing supervision. Upon completion, students are prepared for the NHA CPCT/A certification exam (included in cost).

• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) with Medical Terminology – In-Person & Online

  Prepare for administrative and clinical duties in a medical office. Instruction covers telephone technique, insurance, medical records, computerized fiscal management, medical transcription, word processing, medical terminology, communications, and pharmacology basics. Includes CMAA certification exam (included in cost).

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – In-Person & Online

  Assist pharmacists with prescriptions while developing critical thinking and attention to detail. Upon completion, students are prepared for the ExCPT exam (included in cost).

• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – In-Person & Online

  Work directly with patients in medical settings. Tasks include reviewing medical histories, measuring vital signs, disinfecting instruments, and assisting physicians during examinations. Includes CCMA exam (included in cost).

• Teacher Assistant/Teacher Aide/ParaProfessional – Online (Essex County NJ residents only)

  Support educators in schools by assisting with classroom activities, student learning needs, behavior management, and administrative tasks. Includes Para-Pro certification exam (included in tuition).
