About the Role

The Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by coordinating work activities, guiding associates, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational goals are achieved safely and efficiently. This role serves as a front-line leader who helps drive productivity, quality, and customer service while fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and coach who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Pay

$21.00/hr + shift differential

Schedule

• Front Half Days: Sunday – Wednesday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM
• Front Half Nights: Sunday – Wednesday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM
• Back Half Days: Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM
• Back Half Nights: Wednesday – Saturday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Prior leadership, training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and warehouse management system skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Ability to work flexible schedules and support business needs
