About the role
The In-Person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Alight Behavioral Therapy is a key member of our team dedicated to providing personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
- Conduct in-home assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client data and services provided
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with individuals with ASD in an in-home or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
