Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Salisbury, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children on the autism spectrum and their families. Our personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations are designed to help these children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths, needs, and goals
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes, using evidence-based ABA techniques
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including licensed therapists, psychologists, and speech-language pathologists
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on treatment plans and outcomes
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy and autism treatment

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Masters degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
