Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Experience working with young learners is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• A positive attitude and genuine care for children are essential.
• The ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment is required.
• A background check and adherence to state licensing regulations must be passed.
