In House Marketing Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. This role involves serving as a liaison between prospective and current owners and our resort staff, scheduling tours, and presenting to interested parties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge And Skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices

Compensation

• The hourly rate for this role is $17.00 - $17.00 plus commissions and bonuses
