In House Licensed Architect- Canton MA

Architectural Responsibilities

• Assist project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Prepare ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Review lessons learned and help edit project specifications
• Perform on site visits to check on project status and report on project
• Work with in-house civil, architect and PM
• Stay informed about architectural trends and advancements

Drafter Requirements

• 2+ years' experience working as an Architectural drafter position
• Experience with building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Good portfolio is also required
• Outstanding drawing skills and familiarity with design software, such as AutoCad
• Strong creativity and strong ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Good visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Strong communication and project management skills

Qualifications

• Multiple State Licenses a plus
