About the role
Responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Conducts thorough research to identify customer needs and preferences. Facilitates communication between customers and support teams to resolve issues efficiently. Manages customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat
- Identify and address customer concerns and complaints
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
