Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. Responsibilities
- Greet all guests checking into the Resort Lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile
- Direct guests to where they need to check in and answer any questions about the Resort
- Assist other sales departments as needed

- Must have a bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be computer literate
Education and experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
