Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize contracts and legal agreements
- Support litigation matters, including case preparation and strategy development
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on a variety of legal matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Requirements
- Qualifications (Required): Licensed attorney in California (Nevada licensure a plus), 5+ years of litigation experience, Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and analysis, Ability to work on-site in our Upland office, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Commercial real estate law, Mergers & acquisitions (M&A), Familiarity with Nevada gaming law (highly desirable but not required)

Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 annually DOE
