In-Home Therapist
About the role
Responsible for providing support services to children, youth, and families in a home or community setting. Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Assess and monitor client progress
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
