Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
- One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
- One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
- Preferred experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Requirements
- Option of a traditional 5 day or a 4 Day work week!
- Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!
- Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- 3 weeks paid vacation

Pay
Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000
Incentive Rate: $60 / hour over productivity!
Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
Schedule
