Key Responsibilities
- Aid clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Remind clients of medication
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health
- Keep accurate records of services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
